Story. On Ancestry.com, there is a family tree showing Jesse Pickering and Ann Kemble, parents of Rachel Pickering. Jesse was b 10 Dec 1751 in Solesbury, Bucks Co, PA, and died 1767 [cannot be correct, he would only be 16]. Jesse was son of John Pickering (b 22 Jun 1715 in Solesbury, d 1 Feb 1787) and Hannah Dawes (b 1711 in Bucks Co, d 14 Dec 1791). Ann Kemble was b 1747, d 1774 [cannot be correct, too early for children birthyears]. She was daughter of Anthony Kemble (b 1720 in Buckinghamshire, England, d 5 Oct 1796 in Bucks Co) and Hester Worthington (b 1731 in Abington, Montgomery Co, PA). Jesse and Ann were married 31Aug 1774 at Little Britain [unlikely, probably Bucks Co instead]. No historical documents are referenced for any of this information.
