Story. From an interview of Jerry Levin by Les in July 2006: Jerry's mother was Minnie Stoyer, born probably in the 1890s in New York City, died in the 1970s in Florida. She worked for the Schlosser Paper Company (wholesale paper company office) on Canal Street in New York. She left when she got married, but went back when Henry died. She became the office manager before she retired.
