Ordered that Bartholomew Gainey, Joab Blackman, James Westbrook, Joseph Westbrook, John Gainey, Westbrook Lee, Willis West, and others work on the new road leading from the road just below Josiah Blackman's the most convenient way to the Cape Fear road between the Maple Branch and Cooper Vick's.
