In a later court action, this land is described as recorded in Book A, No. 5, page 774, as: Beginning at a stake in center of Wilmington Road and runs North 77-30 East 27 chains and 19 links to a stone, thence South 42 East 5 chains and 42 links to a stone, run of Flat Swamp, thence with the various courses of Flat Swamp South 26-30 West 8 chains and 69 links, thence 71 West 3 chains and 45 links, thence South 46-30 West 4 chains and 33 links to a black Gum tree, thence South 37 West 15 chains and 40 links to the center of the Wilmington Road, thence with said Wilmington Road North 16-30 West 13 chains and 47 links to the beginning, containing 30 acres, more or less.
