• Obituary, cir 24 Jan 2004. 5407 Arlie Burnace Beal, age 79, of Greensboro, died Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at Moses Cone Hospital. Graveside services were held Saturday, January 24, 2004, at Tyson's Creek Baptist Church. Mr Beal was a native of Chatham County and the son of the late Charlie B Beal and Nancy Cox Beal. He was a veteran of the US Air Force having served during World War II and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was the owner of Associated Brokers, Inc. and a member of AIMS and the National Food Brokers Association where he had been on the canned food committee. Mr Beal was a volunteer with Urban Ministries and Social Services, a former board member of Crescent Rotary Club, a member of the Greensboro Country Club and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline White Beal, three daughters, Nancy Beal Zaremski and husband Terry of Charlotte, India Beal Cothren and husband Randall of Wilmington, Tommye Beal Kepp and husband James C of Watkinsville GA, and four grandchildren.
