BURROWS, Family

  Noted events in his life were:

1. Story. Uriah Burrow was born in VA. Came to NC with parents Henry and Lucy (Porch) Burrow in the 1790's. Uriah had four brothers and four sisters in which they all settled in Randolph, Davidson and Guilford Counties NC. Uriah married Phebe Ball in 1813. They had six children: 1. James who went to MO. 2. Mary married Samuel Stout, went to MO, 3. Henry stayed in NC, died in 1864 in a hosptial in Richmond, VA, 4. Vachel stayed in NC. 5. Nancy stayed in NC married Duggan Embler and 6.
