5. Story: Burial, 19 Feb 2006, Hope Methodist Chuch Cemetery, Bonlee, Chatham County, North Carolina, United States. ⁴⁴⁰³ Marie was originally buried in Bonlee, but later was moved to Oakwood Cemetery in Siler City.

6. Obituary, 20 Feb 2006, Chatham County, North Carolina, United States. Marie Councilman Allred, 86, of Bonlee, died Friday, (02-17-06) at Chatham Hospital in Siler City. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, (02-19-06) at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Williams. Burial followed in Hope Cemetery in Bonlee. Mrs. Allred was a native of Chatham County, a member of Bonlee Baptist Church and was retired from Burlington Industries, Greensboro. Survivors include her husband, George Allred of Bonlee; and a sister, Martha Jane Maness of Durham. Memorials may be made to Hope Cemetery Fund, c/o Bonlee Baptist Church, P.O. Box 75, Bonlee, N.C. 27312, or to a Charity of Choice.
