2. Appearance in Document, 12 Jan 1764, Cane Creek Mtg, Orange County, North Carolina Colony. 400 William Marshill and wife Rebecca deeded 26 acres of land, including the meeting house, to Peter Stout, Benjamin Piggott, William Piggott and David Vestell, as trustees, for the use of the meeting.
