"This Indenture made ... between Jacob, Ezekial, John, Isaac, William, Abraham, Aquilla and Moses Teague, children and heirs of Abraham Teague of Rowan County, North Carolina, deceased. Witnesseth, that the said Abraham Teague, dying intestate, hath such decease given and confirmed unto his above mentioned heirs a just and equal part of his land and premises to be hereafter described, lying in the County aforesaid, and whereas the Worshipful court of Rowan did appoint James Williams, William Manlove, William Welch, Archable Johnson and Jacob Bodenhamer to divide the land of said Abraham Teague between the above mentioned heirs which was done to general satisfaction as followeth: " Then a plot of land is described for each child. Abraham Teague receives 70 acres. William Teague receives 75 and a half acres. Ezekial Teague receives 112 and a half acres. Moses Teague receives 65 acres. Isaac Teague receives 82 and a half acres. Aquilla Teague receives 56 acres. "The above mentioned heirs, Jacob and John Teague, having previously disposed of their proper share to the above mentioned Ezekial Teague and Isaac Teague, the same is included within the lines of these respective shares..."
