For the lives of Thomas Burdett, Mrs Anne Weldon, wife to Walter Weldon, and Mr Thomas Weldon, second son to Walter Weldon, and the longest lived of them. For sum of 100 pounds title transferred to Stephen Deane (Deed 36-515-23884, Registry in Henrietta Street, Dublin).
